The Founders

Zahoor Bargir

Zahoor is a Chartered Certified accountant with a Post Graduate diploma in Change Management. Having learnt his trade in the Management Consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, he then went on to build on this experience in a variety of industries which included technology, retail, charity, mobile phones and property.

Zahoor has a passion for business and specialises in empowering people to make the most of their potential, and building successful teams. As well as conducting business workshops, he is currently heading up a Finance team, and leveraging it to turnaround the fortunes of an education company.

Away from the business world, Zahoor enjoys playing competitive sport and has enjoyed success in the martial arts arena. He also enjoys the theatre and has been actively involved in charity work for the past 18 years.

Omar Hanan

Omar is a Chartered Accountant and First Class Honours Graduate.  Before moving onto work for a blue chip company, he qualified with the World's largest professional services firm - PricewaterhouseCoopers - providing management consulting to a range of FTSE100 clients.

He has significant and deep experience in Business Strategy, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and leading Business Turnarounds.

Outside of work, Omar enjoys working out and travelling (aiming to visit 100 countries within the next 15 years!), especially immersing himself in different cultures.
